Boasting five spacious bedrooms and two living areas, this fantastic holiday home is spacious and inviting all within a flat walk to the sand and surf of Coolum Beach. The single-storey layout is light-filled and immediately inviting with an open plan living space flowing out to a covered alfresco terrace overlooking the all year round heated salt water swimming pool, offering plenty of space to spread out and relax with family and friends during your stay.

This pet friendly property has two lounge areas (one in the master bedroom) complete with LCD TV, DVD, Netflix and Foxtel with all of the sporting channels included. A fully equipped chefs kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite benchtops and breakfast bar, while guests can also make use of a BBQ in the outdoor entertaining area during their stay. The home also has fully ducted air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans and complimentary WIFI.

The master bedroom is huge and includes the second lounge, walk in wardrobe, ensuite and access to the rear alfresco area. As well as the king in the master bedroom, guests can be accommodated in one of three queen bedrooms or a twin room with two singles.
Additional features of this fabulous vacation home include a double lock up garage, fully fenced yard and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Perfect for Large Family

We had five adults, four children and a small dog. This is a great house if you are planning to eat in, as the kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of pool toys also. The outdoor area at the rear is another good addition.

Had a great family stay. Location ideal for beach and local amenities. Having little ones meant this saved a lot of time ! The house is sizeable and has everything we needed. It swallowed everyone with ease for living, eating, leisure and sleeping and we never felt on top of each other. There are plenty of spaces for us to have our own space to relax. Will definitely be back.

Extremely comfortable home with a really well-equipped kitchen and lots of living space. The outdoor area is lovely, and the pool was immaculately clean. Air-conditioning worked very well. We could see the extra touches the owners had put in to make our stay great - pool toys, basic supplies in the kitchen, a Xmas tree, nice bathroom products. We couldn't fault the place and it's only a very short walk of a few 100 meters to Coles and other shops. About 800m to the beach but an easy, flat walk. The second fridge was also a bonus in the hot weather. Quiet street too. We'd stay here again.

2nd time to stay in this wonderful holiday home, Walking distance to supermarket, shops and beach. It has to be the best beach for dogs in the world!!! The early morning walk to the beach with our puppy was so enjoyable. House has all the amenities you need, we have 3 boys so there is plenty to do and also to relax. Fantastic having the pool heated. Will definitely be booking for a 3rd stay.

Thank you for a great visit, Please pass onto the owner of 22 Sorrento Avenue that we were all impressed with the functionality of the house and it’s set up. It was the perfect spot for a family get together with plenty of space so we didn’t get in each others way and close to all amenities and shops so we didn’t have to get vehicles out to get supplies or go anywhere. My family traveled from Victoria and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for making the visit special

Fantastic property, everything for a great family holiday. Beautiful pool, deck and outdoor entertaining, huge very well equipped kitchen and family room. Top of the range bedding, so close to cafes, clubs and beach and best of all our little dog was welcome too. We have stayed at Coolum eight times, and this house now goes to the top of the list. Perfect in every way, so thank you.
