Our family had a wonderful week in Palm Cove. We were gathered for a family wedding which was held in the chapel. The weather wasn’t cooperating so the reception was moved from the beach to the gazebo and catered by Nunu’s. Our accommodation was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. Our dealings with Belle Escapes was fantastic from start to finish and they made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and our welcome hamper was amazing. Thank you.

Our stay was spoilt by building works going on both to our front and to the pool at the rear. Whilst the building work on the old spa did eventually stop it was incredibly noisy until it did. Until these building issues are fixed it is going to be difficult to have a perfect stay at Allemanda. Listening to power tools cutting tiles in half around the pool does not make for a restful holiday or impact drills going all day at the Spa building site.

This apartment is ideally placed for the perfect relaxing holiday. The view is spectacular, the apartment is clean and has everything you could possibly need. We couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend

pool refurbishment issues

I realise that Belle relies on alamanda resort to report on progress of the pool refurbishment, but it was disappointing to be told with less than 2 week notice period that the central pool was not in use. We were told the pool would be completed by 1 June, so we would have at least 6 days with use of the pool during our stay and Belle refunded us $1000 to reflect this. But the pool was still unfinished when we left. If we had been told with enough notice, we would have cancelled our trip.

LOVED this unit, and would definitely stay again. I chose this place because it is on the ground floor and I have a busy toddler. Other benefits include: huge living/dining area (great for toddlers to play), direct beach access and ocean view (no road to worry about between the beach), very quiet (adults-only pool out front), large main bedroom (can easily fit a portacot), great AC throughout, patio/courtyard for outside play, full kitchen and quality appliances, a full laundry, has a bath shower, and drying rack for wet clothes, and beach toys to borrow. I also loved that the bedrooms were separated from the living area by a door/hallway to reduce noise during nap times. We were greeted by a lovely welcome package and car from Belle escapes. The pools were so lovely (lagoon was closed during our stay). The unit was absolutely spotless.

Wonderful stay at Alamanda suite 11. The view to the beach was beautiful. We stay almost every year at Alamanda and this is one of the best rooms. Right opposite the beach and easy access to the adults pool and bbq. Great communication from Belle Escapes. Room was modern and very clean. Alamanda is the perfect location to shops and restaurants.

Antjie’s was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. House was fantastic and Location is incredible. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. perfect location walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. She had excellent recommendations for Tours and was of great help. It’s definitely been one of our favourite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend it to others! Would definitely stay here again!
