Brand new to Belle Property Escapes Lake Macquarie holiday home portfolio, we are delighted to welcome The Lake Palace in Murrays beach, which quite simply is just that. This is a truly stunning architectural family oasis, 4-bedroom 4-bathroom, open plan living property, with resort style entertaining spaces throughout, inside and out. This is a magnificent home, featuring 4 bedrooms, plus a study, soaring high ceilings with timber exposed rafters, oozing spectacular character. Set over 3 levels, there is an electric lift through the centre of the property allowing easy access to each level and space from ground level through to the second floor.
This property provides easily for 10 guests, plus your small pet, offers a huge, exquisite, parents retreat - master bedroom, set with king sized bed, and located on the separate rear wing with luxe ensuite plus a walk-in robe almost the same size as the room itself, complete with its own private courtyard, and rear access. The second bedroom or guest room, has its very own private entry, adjacent additional kids' playroom/sitting area, complete with kitchenette and private balcony, both on the ground floor level. Conveniently set with a tri-bunk (double sized bed) single bed on top of the bunk, and additional single bed set to the side. This bedroom is easily used as a children's getaway, or suitable for young adults to share the space, particularly with the area off to the side of this bedroom. On the Second level you will find the other two bedrooms, set with queen sized beds, each have their own ensuites and access to the upper balcony, to sit, relax and enjoy the tranquility of Murrays Beach, whilst breathing in the fresh ocean air within the tree canopies above.
Each bedroom is double in size, each with plenty of storage and hanging space, all with their own ensuites which feature granite tiling, walk in showers, toilets, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and all of which open out onto beautiful decks or courtyards, and equipped with plenty of tables and seating. There is a separate study which can be used to chill and read a book or a private place to study or catch up on a bit of work.
Each level is accessible by a ‘Next Level Lift’ from the garage on the lower ground level, to the middle floor, ground level, to the second floor. There is also a beautiful wooden staircase offering the same accessibility.
The South facing indoor courtyard provides bifold doors captures the summer breeze with an outdoor kitchen, gas fitting, TV aerial and fans. While the North facing courtyard captures the winter sun. There are multiple designated outdoor areas offering a quite or entertaining space for all in the fully landscapes beautiful gardens surrounding the property. The gardens really do have to be seen to be believed, where the English garden meets the tropical garden and surroundings.
There is Indoor and outdoor kitchens for easy entertaining during your stay. Ample dining areas for all whether it be inside in the large country style kitchen, in the indoor/outdoor alfresco area or upstairs off the top balcony, you can choose to dine in a different area, each meal, or each night during your stay. There are not too many holiday homes offering such diversity during your stay.
The kitchen is fit for a king, it offers quality appliances, and everything you could dream of, multiple sinks, dishwashers in the kitchen and walk in Butlers’ pantry with stainless steel sink and dishwasher, Gas stove top and huge chef style oven, complete with a huge dining table with enough seating for you to all enjoy a feast together.
There is a large gas fire located in the sitting area between the kitchen/dining and lounge area, for those winter months heating the whole house, an additional Powder Room, Single ducted vacuum in main living area, encompassed by Stream TVs, and a formal lounge with an extra-large screen smart tv. Wherever you decide to lay your hat, you are surrounded by quality furniture, furnishings, antiques, memorabilia, books and photography that is second to none, and personal to the owners. The owners have thoughtfully, carefully and generously shared unique pieces of memorabilia that represent their lives, strategically throughout the property,
Take a walk around the perimeter of the house on the wooden boardwalk, stone paths and steps, which provides access to ¾ of the established landscaped garden or take a seat at one of the many spaces created by the owners throughout the garden, complimented by a fire pit, where you can gather together with a nightcap at the end of a day at the beach.
There is ample parking at this property, the secure garage provides parking for 1 car and 1 more car on the driveway and dedicated off road gravel parking areas beside the property.
This absolutely amazing holiday getaway is set amongst the best parts of Australian bush nature with beautiful bush walks, and outlooks, and only a short 500m to the lake, or 1.5km to common area pool facility, which is complimentary for your use during your stay. This really is the perfect family, adult couples, or extended family getaway, close to Lake Macquarie, Cams Wharf boat ramp and National parks with walking trails and only 1 hour on the M1 from Wahroonga.
Five minutes’ drive down the road, Lake palace is close enough to Blacksmiths and Swansea, where you will find the huge shopping centre located in Swansea, numerous major shops, chemists, hairdressers, pubs, restaurants, take away venues, and so much more, as well as numerous places to throw a line with the fishing rod, surf, or swim.
You can enjoy the short stroll to Blacksmiths Beach, take a dip in the well-known Granny's pool, and soak in the sun on the board walk, where you can take in the 360-degree views of the Swansea Channel, Caves Beach, and Blacksmiths Beach with views all the way to Redhead Beach. Cycle the new Cycle paths, that lead to The Fernleigh Track flowing all the way to Newcastle CBD. This place really does have it all.

You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
