Centrally located just a short walk from our beautiful Newcastle beaches and local shops, cafes, and restaurants in a sought-after Merewether location – Casa Amor is perfect for couples, small groups or families, holiday makers or corporate workers visiting the Newcastle area.
As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed by the spacious living and dining which offers a calm coastal feel. The light-filled living area features a comfortable lounge, Smart TV, beautiful décor, air conditioning, ceiling fans, dining table and a balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or afternoon beer/wine! The dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, or double as a workspace for those working away from home.
The kitchen is well equipped to cook up a storm, featuring a dishwasher, gas cook top, oven, fridge, microwave, and cutlery/utensils.
Sleeping up to 5 people, the comfortable beds and linens will ensure you have a good night’s sleep, with block out blinds in both bedrooms. The queen bedroom features ceiling fan, robes, and tasteful décor. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk bed (double with a single on the top). Please note the top bunk is only suitable for children.

Your beds are made up with full linen including towels, complete for your stay. There is no need to bring any linen, other than your beach towels.
There is a bathroom with shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, as well as a combination washing machine/dryer for use during your stay.
Located less than a 10-minute walk to some of NSW’s best beaches including Dixon Beach, Bar Beach and Merewether Beach and Ocean Baths. The property is also a short walk to the Junction Shopping precinct, cafes, and restaurants.
Conditions of booking
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
