Relatively new to the Short-Term holiday market, this gorgeous 3-bedroom 2-bathroom coastal cottage is located right across the road from the water’s edge in Blacksmiths.

Perfect for all generations, the complete couple’s getaway or small family vacation home, Blackies Beach Escape cottage will appeal to all. Complete with a fully fenced rear yard, our owners do extend their welcome to the family dog, pet - approval on application.

Blackies Beach Escape cottage facilitates 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed set and fitted with hotel quality linen, towels and pillows, remote controlled ceiling fans, as well as ample space for luggage items. There is the convenience of 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and open plan lounge/dining for your full use during your stay.

The property conveniently provides a Smart Tv, complete with unlimited wi-fi access, in the lounge, where you can watch your favourite Netflix show, or bring the game console with you to play your favourite game after a long day at the beach.

Enjoy the comforts of the front sunroom as you relax with those morning coffees or late afternoon wines, watching the sun go down over the water’s edge. Alternatively, enjoy the serenity of the rear deck, at the rear of the property, soaking in that winter sun in the cooler seasons, and the afternoon breeze off the water and shade from the hot summer sun, during the summer months, under the newly built rear pergola, enjoying a summertime Aussie BBQ around the outdoor table set, or relaxing with your favourite beverage and novel on the outdoor lounge.

If you prefer to stay indoors, the property is complete with the luxury of Reverse-cycle Air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the cottage, which are perfect for those endless hot summer nights/days, or for warming the cottage during the cooler winter months. This property is set for all 4 seasons in mind.

There is ample street parking for vehicles and water vessels and a carport for use during your stay. There is a small storage area at the rear of the carport, which is not for guest use, however you are welcome to use the carport for parking, or storage of the water vessels.

There is so much to see and do here, at Blackie Beach Escape, as it is situated perfectly, close enough to town facilities including restaurants, cafes, and shopping, even closer to the water’s edge. You can enjoy the short stroll to Blacksmiths Beach, take a dip in the well-known Granny's pool, and soak in the sun on the board walk, where you can take in the 360-degree views of the Swansea Channel, Caves Beach, and Blacksmiths Beach with views all the way to Redhead Beach. Cycle the new Cycle paths, that lead to The Fernleigh Track flowing all the way to Newcastle CBD.
