We hope you've packed your swimmers, as the enticing pool in our backyard invites you for a refreshing Yawa, an indigenous term for 'swim' and the Worimi people are the traditional custodians of this land.

Unwind and indulge at Yawa at Yoolarai, just a short stroll from the pristine Dutchies Beach in the scenic coastal town of Nelson Bay. This ideally situated three-bedroom apartment accommodates up to six guests and occupies the entire top floor of a two-apartment complex. It boasts a captivating inground swimming pool, perfect for days of relaxation by the water, complemented by fully ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort. Ascending the stairs to this coastal retreat, you'll be greeted by a spacious verandah offering sunset views, overlooking the glistening pool and treetops of the Bay.

Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, electric cooking, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area is perfect for family gatherings and leads to a cozy lounge with balcony access. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and both the master and the second bedroom feature comfortable queen-sized beds. The third bedroom is equipped with single-sized bunk beds, ideal for kids. For your convenience, all linen is provided. The sleek, modern bathroom boasts a double-sized shower and an integrated laundry.

Savour your morning coffee by the pool amidst the gardens, feeling the breeze from the poolside alfresco area, or gather the family for a barbecue while dipping your feet in the refreshing salt water. Off-street parking for two vehicles is available, supplemented by ample on-street parking.

This serene oasis is conveniently located 1300 meters from the heart of Nelson Bay, where boutique shops, charming cafes, and essential services, including Woolworths, await. The waterfront offers a plethora of activities, from summer events to charter cruise tours, bike rentals, and water sports opportunities through hire companies.

  1. The top apartment shares the property with a long-term residential tenant in the apartment on ground floor, each with separate entries, ensuring privacy with the top apartment in an elevated position. Common areas, including the pool, are shared.

  2. Parking is a carport and uncovered parking. Two spaces are available but please do not park adjacent to the pool fence as this is allocated to the ground floor apartment.

  3. For your security, flood light CCTV cameras are located at the front door and external stairs.

  4. This property does not supply beach Towels; however, all other linen is provided.

  5. Access is via stairs, there is no lift access.

  6. Swimming Pool – Please note the waterline mosaic tiles may occasionally detach. There's no cause for concern. There are plans to renovate the pool in 2024, so it'll be revitalised for your next visit next summer.

a. Please prioritise safety while swimming, especially if there are little ones around. Children in the pool should be supervised at all times.

b. When using the pool, for best enjoyment, you can switch off the pool pump at the power switch located above the pump/filter to the left and remove the pool cleaner. Do not remove the pool cleaner whilst the pump is still on to avoid damage to the pump. Please switch it back on after you are finished using the pool to ensure the water quality is at its best for your next use.

Booking Conditions and House Rules:
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please minimise noise after 10 pm (this is a requirement under the Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodation).
Accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, with no additional guests permitted for safety reasons.
Group bookings, schoolies, and parties are not facilitated or tolerated. A strict 'No party policy' is enforced, and noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.
Guests must adhere to local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Strictly no pets allowed.
Payment confirms acknowledgement and acceptance of terms, conditions, and obligations under the Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodation.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
