Inside, the apartment exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere with tasteful furnishings that blend style and comfort. The main bedroom features a plush queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a tri-bunk setup (a double on the bottom and a single on top) that’s ideal for families or groups of friends. We’ve even included a porta cot for guests traveling with little ones—just bring along your own linen for it if needed. Each bedroom is equipped with both air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring a perfect temperature all year round.
You'll find the bathroom includes a combined shower and bath, ideal for a refreshing soak but please note it may not be as accessible for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns. For added convenience, fresh linens and towels are provided at no extra charge, so you can focus on relaxing from the moment you arrive. If you need to refresh your wardrobe during your stay, a shared laundry with unlimited access is located in the rear common area for your use.
High-speed NBN WiFi is available, allowing you to keep in touch with family or share your memories online. And when you’re ready to step out and explore, leave your car in the secure undercover parking space and set out on foot.

The guest laundry facility is a separate stand alone building located at the rear of the property, an access key is provided, there are 3 automatic washing machines and a large clothes line for your use.
There is a single dedicated undercover parking space for our guests use during their stay, the space is located under our apartment clearly marked
with unit No 2.
Please note that the unit complex has a “No trailer or Watercraft on site” policy

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but the top bunk is unmade. Clean linen is provided at the end of each bed for you to use during your stay, there is no need to strip the linen from the bed when you leave.
Linen: The other beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.

Please note this is not a pet-friendly property.
The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges.
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
