This is a unique opportunity to enjoy this architecturally designed house, which is only 2 years old, and is now being offered as a holiday rental.
The house is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday in the Port Stephens area.

Unwind in one of three spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Each room is elegantly appointed with plush bedding and contemporary furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The open plan kitchen/dining area is equipped with all quality appliances, ample counter space with the ability to use your culinary expertise or just whip up a quick snack.

There are 2 separate living areas in the front of the house and at the back, which allows guests to have some quiet time, perfect for unwinding with a good book or enjoying some quality conversations.

At the back of the property there is a spacious patio where you can soak up the sun or enjoy some outdoor dining and listen to the wonders of nature.

Lemon Tree Passage is a unique area of Port Stephens, with its scenic walks, fabulous waterways, and great fishing. The Albatross Marina includes an amazing French Restaurant, Gin Bar, charming shops/cafes, and great water tours on the Wangi Queen. There is also plenty of time to just relax.

Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
