The Location
Yaroomba is a small beachside suburb of the Sunshine Coast located between Coolum in the north and Mt Coolum to the south. Featuring beach tracks along spectacular coastline and its own white sand surf beach, a holiday at Yaroomba offers a quieter getaway than bustling Coolum Beach yet is just a three-minute drive away. Popular with locals, the coastline between Coolum and Mt Coolum provides plenty of places for fishing, surfing, swimming and relaxing by the rock pools.
Coolum Beach esplanade is just over the headland and has many dining and shopping alternatives for visitors. There are also parks and lookouts, a coastal boardwalk, library, bowling club, supermarkets and the award-winning Coolum Surf Club. A short drive or bike ride away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by.
