We had a great week away with plenty of room for everyone and just felt like home away from home

This property has everything you need for a short or a long stay. It is a beautiful house with beautiful views of the water. The beach is a 2min walk away with lovely walking tracks to admire the views. A small selection of cafes and various shops within walking distance or more just a short drive away. The bedrooms are spacious, the living areas are inviting and the kitchen has absolutely everything you need, from cutlery and crockery to all your cooking utensils and pans. The check in and check out process is super easy and the staff at Belle Property Escapes were all very friendly and have heaps of knowledge of the local area for any questions you may have. I recommend getting up to watch the sunrise on the beach, was a great highlight of my time there.

Great stay at Coolum Beach, walk to everything. Supermarkets are a short drive. Everything in the house is as described in the ad and the other reviews. The house is ageing a bit, the main dinner chairs are crumbling off the old dry leather so you’re always vacuuming. Kitchen has everything you need except scissors and all appliances work fine, also the washer. Beds were comfy. Oddly, no toilet in the master bedroom ensuite. Also no privacy in the master bedroom as the room is open to the rest of the house. All in all great stay and professionally managed by Belle Properties

Host was always responsive to requests, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them for holiday lettings,, Only thing I would suggest is the driveway needs some work, I think most cars would have problems getting up or let them know to go up on an angle.

We were a group of 4 single adults attending a professional training, so we were looking for space and comfort and a home-away-from-home. The house was spacious, lots of light, it had 3 verandahs and 2 living areas which provided us with breakout spaces. Easy walk to beach. A toilet in the master bedroom en-suite would have been ideal, but the two toilets upstairs and downstairs worked ok for the 4 of us.

A great place in walking distance to the the beautiful Coolum beach and esplanade. Heaps of space for the kids and adults to coexist. Only two things to note: driveway too steep for us to park in ( no probs as we parked on the street without issue but just in case others need to drive to the door ) and the only other thing was that there was nothing supplied in the house except bath towels. I’m sure it must say this in the advert but good to prepare that there are no beach towels or kitchen extras (cling wrap etc ). We had to rebuy a few things as I’m sure others would too. Not a criticism at all- just helpful for others to know before they come stay! On a positive- we woke up to water views and whales every morning! Thanks!
